The short code 53829 is used by The Kroger Company to send alerts to Kroger technicians notifying them of new work orders that require attention. The technician will not respond to these alerts. The phones that get the messages via SMS are owned personally by the technicians and subsidized by The Kroger Company. Frequency based on user profile
This program is a machine based system that sends jobs to internal workers on phones who do not have the option to end the program as long as they are employed with Kroger. The application does not currently have any means of receiving messages sent from a user's handset. All we have is a simple java API that sends SMS messages via the OpenMarket gateway. You may contact us at 1-800-952-8889 and mention Service Hub or send an email to fcmservicehub@kroger.com. This contact information may be retrieved by texting HELP to 53829. You may stop the sending of messages by texting STOP to 53829.
